One period, one set of definitions
Revenue, spend, ROAS, and cost per acquisition use one definition each, on every channel.

Exports, reconciliation, and a monthly spreadsheet rebuild. By the time the report is trusted, the decision window has moved.
Each one uses its own attribution, currency handling, and definition of a conversion. Added together, they claim more revenue than the business made.
When channels can’t be compared on the same basis, the next dollar goes where it went last time.
Datok connects your data, unifies it, and turns it into the clarity your team needs to make better marketing decisions.

Everything you need to know about connecting data and how Datok works.
No. Datok uses connected platform accounts for reporting and analytics. It does not create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, or other managed objects through those integrations, and it cannot spend money in a connected account.
Datok lists only the accounts the authenticated user is already permitted to access. You choose which of those Datok should read, and map each one to the brand or business unit it belongs to.
The connector is implemented and tested end to end — authorization, account discovery, retrieval, normalization, and reporting. Retrieving data from production Google Ads accounts additionally requires Google to approve Datok’s API access, which is pending.
Metrics are computed on the server from the records retrieved from each provider, using documented shared formulas. Every figure traces back to a connected account, a sync run, and a date range.
An administrator can revoke any connection from inside Datok at any time, which stops all further access. Reporting already imported is retained so historical reporting survives, and can be deleted on request.
